No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances unless otherwise
instructed by the event organiser. 

• Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.

• The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.

• The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.

• In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or into event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, Gritos Entertainment cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.

• It is your responsibility to check your tickets.

• Food and drink are not allowed in the venue.

• Please note that doors always open 1 hour before show time.

• Flashing light effects may be used during this performance. If you suffer from epilepsy & amp; other visual light stimulation effects you are advised to contact the ticketing helpline prior to booking.

• In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 17 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks.

• All visitors aged under 14 must enter with and adult.

• The following items are prohibited in the venue and they will be confiscated by control personnel:

      -Illegal Substances

      -Reusable Bottles

      -Weapons, including pointed instruments, screw drivers, syringes and scissors

      -Laser Pens

      -Professional audio or visual recording

      -Selfie Sticks
